“Clara!” The Doctor shouted from the door of his TARDIS. He’d been waiting for her for 10 minutes now, which is quite a bit of time considering that he traveled 30 minutes in the future to try to avoid getting caught in this scenario. Having easy access to a time machine does tend to make an individual quite impatient, he thought idly. He had dropped in earlier for a nice surprise visit, and boy, did he surprise her. She’d been reading peacefully in her pajamas, lounging on the couch when he sonic-ed her door open and shouted a hearty, “Mornin’ Clara!”
